The football competition was organized in Trashi Yangtse Lower Secondary School on 23rd April 2011.
All the students participated actively to win the trophy. I could see that all the children showed great interest in playing football.
The sport incharge is Mr. Gayatri Bhandari.He supervised the whole trip to the competition. We had done lots of practice to win the championship.
On 23rd our school played with Shongring CPS and we won the match. WE defeated most of the schools and finally had to face TYLSS in the finals.
Although we couldn't beat them still we got the runners up position and were happy to bring to the school the Runners up Trophy.
That day I was filled with joy to see my teachers and friends cheer for us.

Cicibrang
My name is Dechen Dorji and am from Cicibrang under Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag. My village is very beutyful and I like my village very much.
My village is surrounded by the forest from all the side. There are thirteen people living in the two houses. People in my village, they grow vegetables like potatoes and cabbages. We sell the potatoes to the Vegetable vendor in Samdrup Jongkhar. We also grow fruits like peach and pears.
My house is surrounded by flowers in my village. We have two water taps and three chortens. My family keeps cows, cats and a dog. Everybody like coming to my village. Dechen Dorji

The Rigsar Competition.
The Rigsar dance competition was organized at our school by the cultural club. All the students participated in it. even I participated. The cultual incharge is Ms. Yashoda Sharma. She supervised the whole competition. The practices were done right after the classess.the competition was held in the assembly ground. Number of people fom our villages came to see the dances. I could see that everybody so happy and thilled to show their best dances.
After all the dances, Chung house was decleared as the winner followed by Druk house in the second position. But most imporatntly I had a lot of fun dancing infront of my parents.
